Pneumonia Case

AS a boy, 13 yrs, came to us on 4th of April 2013. He was suffering with severe cough, and dyspnoea and weakness for two months.. Chest X-ray (PA view) done on 29th of March 2013 showed, “…cavity with air fluid level surrounding pneumonitic patch seen in right lower zone…”

After taking our medicines all his symptoms has gone within 15 days.

Follow up Chest X-ray (PA view) done on 17th of June 2013 showed “… comparing with the previous film dated 29.03.2017 complete resolution of the previously described infective pathology noted…”
